100 word challenge Round 8

I went outside, and then I saw the most peculiar sight of all:
 A blotch of purple on my door! Nobody would mind, but it was the wrong colour! 
I quickly grabbed the hose and tried to wash it off, but it wouldn't wash. 
Then I decided to call the fire department to wash it of for me. 
They tried, but couldn't wash it off. On the third attempt,
they blasted that darn door with everything they had,
and then I heard a creak, a groan, and then, BLAST! 
The door blasted off its hinges and plummeted across my house, 
destroying everything in its path like a meteor.
